This Privacy Policy explains how Pacific Accident ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the pacificaccident.com website and the marketing and intake services we provide to personal injury law firms (the "Service"). Our demo and intake technology is provided by BookedBack under license.
1. Who we are, and who we are not
Pacific Accident is a marketing and intake services company. We are not a law firm and we are not a lawyer referral service. We do not provide legal advice, and we do not charge accident victims for anything. Law firms pay flat fees for marketing and intake services; fees are never contingent on the outcome or value of any case. Nothing on this website creates an attorney-client relationship.
2. Information we collect
Website
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, clicks, and scrolling), which sets its own analytics cookies. We run no advertising trackers and no data-enrichment tools. We may also set a device-level opt-out cookie if you visit a demo link with tracking disabled.
Area claim form
If you submit the claim form, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email, phone number, firm website, and the territory you are interested in.
Live demo
Our demo lets you talk to the same voice agent we use for lead follow-up. Demo calls are recorded and transcribed so we can review quality and show you how intake works. If you enter an email address or phone number during the demo, we use it only to send the sample follow-up email or place the sample call you requested. Please do not share sensitive personal or case information during a demo.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and check territory availability.
- To run the live demo you request (voice call, sample email, sample call-back).
- To notify our own team in real time that a firm reached out (internal alerts).
- To schedule calls you book through our calendar link.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
4. Service providers
Our demo and intake technology is provided and operated by BookedBack (bookedback.ai), which handles form submissions, demo interactions, and related communications on our behalf. We use Microsoft Clarity for website usage analytics. Beyond BookedBack, Microsoft Clarity, and standard website hosting, we do not share personal information with anyone, and we never sell it.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep form submissions and demo records only as long as we need them to operate the Service and evaluate territory requests. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — reply to any email you received from us, or reach out through the contact form, and we will delete your records within 30 days.
6. What we do not do
- We never charge accident victims, and we never ask consumers for payment information.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not run advertising pixels, session recorders, or cross-site trackers on this website.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us through the form on this site and we will honor verified requests.
8. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this Policy
If we change this Policy, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
10. Contact
